Approach
Truly understand the people and purpose. A Fractional Non Profit CIO (FNPCIO) is uniquely positioned as an independent outsider to align business strategy with a technology strategy. This is not a technology play. The FNPCIO is made up of equal parts technology awareness and business acumen.
Why Non Profit Sector?
- Difficult to attract and retain senior technology leadership
- Staffing models are lean, and thus offer little growth and career potential
